Privacy policy between BYOjet herein after referred to as ‘BYOjet’, ‘Travelscene American Express‘, ‘we’, ‘our’ or ‘us’ and
Any customer or person using the BYOjet website or a telephone consultant to enquire, book or purchase any travel or product, online, by phone or in consultation with any BYOjet consultant or representative in any manner whatsoever. Herein after referred to as ‘you’,  ‘your’,  ‘user’ , ‘client’,  ‘passenger’  or ‘customer’.  
BYOjet is a member of Travelscene American Express, owned and operated by Jetescape Travel Pty Ltd ACN 145 039 470, a Queensland-registered travel agent with AITA accreditation and a member of the Travellers Compensation Fund. Our IATA number is 0235450 and TCF number is 3395910.  We undertake to use our best endeavours to safeguard the privacy and confidentiality of our website users and your personal information. When you register as a user or purchase any goods or services on the BYOjet website or by phone we will collect the information necessary to provide the services required. We will also collect information from you if you complete any other forms on our site or if you contact us with comments or specific requests either in person, by telephone, SMS, letter, facsimile, e-mail  or through interactive website activities such as, but not restricted to: Facebook, MySpace and Twitter.

BYOjet sends out travel information, specials and sales offers by e-mail or SMS. At times this will be sponsored by third parties so their details will appear on the e-mail or SMS. To remove yourself from this e-mail list at any time, simply click on the link provided at the bottom of the received e-mail and follow the instructions to be removed from the database. We also collect information automatically about your visit to our site. This information is used to help us improve our website; identification of fraud or error; developing, improving and marketing our travel products and services; sales analysis; and participation in loyalty programs.
